Accordion is an instrument which can be played in different kind of music genres. Many accordion stories are related to professional players.

This blog is about accordion manufacture artisans Viljo Mannerjoki and (almost graduated) Jukka Nikka and our interests to accordion history, mechanics and phenomenas. We write this blog as a hobby next to our primary job which is accordion repair. We make updates now and then – we don’t take extra stress about this blog.

The Free Reed Instrument’s History Research Blog is written in Finnish and English. Have pleasant read experiences.
